How UAchanger Maintains Customer Trust and Leadership in the Crypto Market
December 04, 2025
As part of our monthly column, we spoke with the winner of September in the nomination “Leader in Repeat Customer Requests in September” — the UAchanger service.
A team that maintains users’ trust not with words, but with actions: stable operation, honest support, and an approach where clients are treated like their own.
We asked a few questions to the service co-owner Yelysei to find out how they manage to keep such a level of service, what they believe in, and what helps them remain among the market leaders.
— Hi! To begin with, a bit about you. What is your name, which exchanger do you represent, and how long have you been in the crypto sphere?
My name is Yelysei, I am a co-owner and also an administrator of the UAchanger exchange service. I have been in the crypto industry for about 6 years: I started with small private operations and gradually came to creating my own exchange platform.
During this time, together with the team, we have built a service focused on honesty, speed, and convenience for users. For me, crypto is not just a job, but a part of life and a field that is constantly developing and motivating us to move forward.
— How would you describe UAchanger for those who hear about it for the first time? What is your key feature?
I would describe UAchanger as a reflection of the people who created it. It is not just a service, but a team that has truly invested themselves in every process, from support to user experience.
Our approach is as friendly and humane as possible: we do not hide behind templates, we are always in touch, and we often communicate with clients almost like with friends.
The main feature of UAchanger is an individual approach to every client and a wide variety of exchange directions, which we constantly expand, focusing on the real needs of users.
— How did the name of the service come about?
When we were thinking about the name, we wanted something simple and clear specifically for the crypto sphere. “Changer” seemed the most logical, it immediately conveys the essence. And “UA” just fit nicely next to it and made the name complete — and, probably, UA speaks for itself and needs no explanation.
That’s how it stayed: UAchanger.
— Which steps to confirm your reliability do you already consider more important than “paper licenses”?
I believe that the main license is people’s trust.
When a user has no doubt that they will receive their funds on time, when they can write to us at any moment and get a live response — that is the real indicator of reliability.
We do not just work by the rules, we work for people, and this is what keeps us on the market for several years now.
— What is more important to you when choosing a technical solution for an exchanger: universality or flexibility for your processes? How did you make the decision about the script?
For us, the main thing is automation and reliability to minimize the human factor and speed up the processing of requests.
At one time, we were recommended a young Ukrainian product that was just gaining momentum then — and this is the most important moment in building any project. We met with the developers, discussed the terms, and decided to support our own.
As time has shown, the decision was the right one: now most top exchangers are already working on this same script.
— Which format of communication with clients (chat, voice, video, etc.) has turned out to be the most effective for you and why?
For communication, we use Binotel; the main interaction with clients takes place via chat, and in some cases via Telegram.
We chose this format primarily for reasons of security and control over the dialogue, as it makes it possible to record the communication history and quickly respond to requests.
— Which requirements for crypto processing and AML checks are critically important to you?
For us, AML checks and crypto processing are primarily about trust and security. We accept funds through a payment provider, so most of the requirements are formed by their compliance department.
At the same time, we always stress to clients the importance of passing the check — it is a standard and necessary procedure that protects both the user and the service itself from risky operations.
— Does it still make sense to launch a new exchanger today?
There is always a point in launching a new exchanger. The market is dynamic, it grows and constantly changes. But now competition has become much more aggressive, client requirements have increased: everyone wants speed, automation, a personal approach, and transparency.
It is harder to find your niche today than a few years ago, but it is definitely not impossible. It is never too late to launch — the main thing is not to confuse inspiration with euphoria.
— Do you take part in crypto events?
Yes, of course. We try to attend crypto events and conferences whenever possible. It is always about development, new acquaintances, and partnership opportunities.
This year, for example, we attended TOKEN2049 in Dubai — one of the largest events in the industry. The impressions and contacts after it are priceless.
— When did you first hear about Bitcoin, and did you believe in it back then?
I first heard about Bitcoin around 2017–2018. Back then there was a lot of noise and very little practical experience from people who could actually explain something. Like everyone else, at first I perceived it as something temporary and unclear, but the more I delved into it, the more clearly I saw that there is a future behind the technology.
— Do you hold any crypto?
Yes, of course. I hold a small but stable portfolio of coins — rather as a long-term investment. I don’t chase hype, because such stories rarely end in success.
— What is the most important thing for you in partnerships? And how can platforms like Kursoff really help an exchanger?
For us, partnership is when both sides make the product stronger. We value openness, fast communication, and the willingness to solve tasks in a human way, not through endless bureaucratic loops.
— Tell us about your first impressions when you found out that you had won in our nomination — what emotions did it evoke in you and your team?
Honestly? We did not expect it. Competition is strong, everyone is growing, everything is changing, and this news became a very pleasant sign for us that we are moving in the right direction.
It caused a lot of emotions within the team: it’s great that our work was noticed and appreciated.
— What opportunities does participation in the closed P2P Kursoff group open up for an exchanger?
Participation in the closed group gives what you cannot get in open access: the live experience of other teams. These are insights, real cases, warnings about risks, current trends, and the opportunity to discuss problems that everyone faces but few talk about publicly.
— Thank you for the informative interview. What would you like to wish our readers and colleagues on the market?
I wish you to keep a cool head and an honest approach. The crypto market is fast and often unpredictable, but honesty and stability still win in the long run.
Develop, don’t be afraid to change processes, support each other, and always stay in touch with your clients — they are the ones who can best show you which direction to move in.
And most importantly: don’t lose interest. Because it is exactly what leads to good decisions and strong projects.
