Kursoff at Conversion Forum Kyiv 2026

September 16, 2026

The Kursoff team attended Conversion Forum Kyiv 2026 – one of the events of the year for affiliate marketing, media buying, and performance industry. For us, it was an opportunity to see the traffic and digital finance market live: through people, booths, speeches, presentations, networking, and discussions between panels.

The forum took place at Pochayna Event Hall. It featured a large stage, an extensive expo zone with booths from LeadingCards, M3, Warmy, Anybiz, and other partners, non-stop movement in the hallways, and intense networking. It was clear that the Ukrainian affiliate industry relies on an active community, media buying teams, traffic acquisition services, payment solutions, and products working daily with a real audience.

Kursoff always values live contact with the market. Every day, we work with analytics, crypto cards, payment services, exchanges, and users who prioritize transparent terms, security, and high transaction speeds.

The Performance Market is Maturing

Conversion Forum Kyiv 2026 brought together those who build media buying teams, launch marketing agencies, work with ASO and SEO traffic, develop payment solutions, test new sources, and invest in personal branding.

This was evident in the topics of presentations and hallway discussions: MiCA regulation, Meta funnel evaluation algorithms, AI automation, building an effective affiliate department, creating converting creatives, and personal brand development. Participants discussed how to operate more transparently, reduce risks when scaling, avoid losing margin after purchasing traffic, and build trust in a service within a constantly changing market.

Key Takeaways from the Stage: Regulation, Economics, and Personal Brand

The forum speakers raised topics that directly affect how the financial and marketing markets will operate in the near future.

  • Crypto regulation and the new rules of the game. Yelyzaveta Zholobko from ANYXPAY reminded that as of July 1, 2026, the transition period for the MiCA regulation in the EU officially ended, meaning all crypto companies are required to hold proper licenses. Meanwhile, the number of cryptocurrency users worldwide has reached 741 million (+12.4%). The market is becoming more transparent, demanding clean, legally backed payment tools.

  • Where money is actually lost in media buying. Anzhela Honchar from DEVILS addressed a painful problem for many teams, sharing a spot-on point: "Money isn't lost during ad buying. It's lost afterward." The speaker demonstrated how teams lose profit by focusing solely on Payout without considering the real value of the flow, lacking negotiation flexibility, and missing alternative offers.
  • Personal brand as business insurance. Alisa Melnyk (FIGURE / Stratella / zAffio) asked the audience a compelling question during her speech "Shoemaker wears Gucci": "If you remove your company, position, and logo tomorrow — what remains?" She emphasized that in 2026, the reputation and media presence of an owner or team are the most undervalued business assets. Artem CPA expanded on this idea, breaking down a step-by-step framework for specialists to enter the public space.

  • Anatomy of performance creatives. Andriy Radchenko from CREATIVE STUDIO highlighted that the goal of performance marketing creative is to stop the scroll and drive a sale, rather than simply pleasing the audience or creating a pretty image.

Additionally, speakers on the main stage discussed ASO in dietary supplements (Den Markov from M3), entering Tier-1 markets (Vladyslav Malchevskyi from VoodooEcom), Meta algorithms (Roman Korchak), and the transformation of media buying during a panel discussion featuring Anastasiia Kaum (8 Stars MB Team), Serhii Huhin (044 Agency), and Ivan Pavlovskyi (Incrypted).

The Most Valuable Part of Conferences is People

The most interesting things always happen off-stage: it is in the hallways, near branded photo zones, and in lounge areas that you truly see what the market lives by.

Teams discussed new payment solutions for card and crypto traffic, partnerships, cost optimization, regulatory risks, and financial transaction security. In these conversations, it quickly becomes clear that for a modern product or service, simply existing in the market is no longer enough. You need to clearly explain to the user how it works, who stands behind it, what risks are managed, and why it can be trusted.

Conclusion

Conversion Forum Kyiv 2026 demonstrated that the era of chaotic actions has officially given way to structured, systematic business. Winners are those who know how to calculate every funnel stage, build transparent financial infrastructure, utilize AI tools, and invest in their own brand.

At Kursoff, we continue to track key digital market trends. We are already integrating these insights into our upcoming analytical materials, payment solution reviews, and user guides. Thank you to the organizers for a top-tier event, and to our colleagues for open conversations in the halls!
