Interview with Vlad from Bulldog Exchange — honesty, support, and speed in every exchange
May 01, 2025
— Hi! To start, could you briefly introduce yourself: what’s your name, which exchange service do you represent, and how long have you been in the crypto scene?
— Hi! My name is Vlad, and I’m the co-founder of the online crypto exchange Bulldog Exchange. We’ve been involved in the crypto space for around five years, but we officially launched our online platform in August 2023.
— How would you describe Bulldog Exchange in just a couple of sentences for our readers? Why should users choose your platform over the hundreds of others out there? What makes you stand out?
— We always strive to deliver top-notch service to our clients, which is why we put a strong focus on customer support. Our operators are always available and ready to help solve any issue—even if it’s not directly related to the exchange itself. Our core values are honesty, transparency, and speed.
— Why did you choose the name Bulldog Exchange?
— It’s quite simple: one of our co-founders had a French Bulldog, so the name came to us almost instantly 🙂
— Tell us about your team. How many people work with you, and how are the responsibilities divided?
— Our team currently includes 6 people: 4 operators, an SMM manager, and an SEO specialist. We also have a separate team handling our TikTok presence.
— Do you have any official crypto-related license?
— We’re actively working on that right now. Hopefully, everything will be resolved very soon.
— What script is your exchange based on?
— We use BoxExchanger.
— What languages is your website available in? We’re seeing more and more exchange services adding Ukrainian—are you following that trend?
— Our site is available in four languages, including Ukrainian. Of course we support this trend, especially since the majority of our clients—just like us—are from Ukraine. It’s important that the service is accessible in a language that's comfortable for the user.
— What chat system do you use on your website to provide customer support?
— We use Tidio. In addition, customers can always reach us for support via Telegram.
— Which crypto processing provider do you use to receive coins, and do you conduct AML checks on incoming transactions?
— We work with WhiteBit, so every transaction goes through AML screening.
— Does your team attend any crypto conferences or events?
— Yes, we try to attend whenever possible, although unfortunately it’s not always feasible.
— When did you first hear about Bitcoin, and did you believe in its potential back then?
— We first heard about Bitcoin when it was priced at around $300, but like most people at the time, we didn’t take it seriously. Back then, many were extremely skeptical about Bitcoin and crypto in general.
— Do you personally hold any crypto? If so, which ones?
— Yes, we do hold some crypto—but only fundamental coins: BTC, ETH, and SOL. We’ve never invested in meme coins and don’t recommend them.
— What have you heard about our monitoring service kursoff.biz? Based on your experience, do you have any recommendations for us?
— To be honest, not that much. But we can say that you’ve done a great job building a strong community that genuinely collaborates and helps each other. As for recommendations: in our opinion, the most important thing for a monitoring service is to build a media presence so you’re always visible and can attract more traffic to the platform. Regarding security, we’re not sure whether you verify exchange owners, but that’s also a crucial factor that can boost trust in the monitoring system.
— What do you think about our idea to create a Kursoff supervisory board, where the most trusted and experienced exchange services can collectively moderate all reviews, disputes, and issues on the monitoring platform?
— That’s an interesting idea. We’d love to see how it works in practice, but it sounds promising.
— What’s your opinion on our monthly nomination «Top Exchange of the Month» by Kursoff?
— 100% positive! It really motivates exchange services. Healthy competition never hurts 🙂
— Have you found any practical value in our closed Telegram group «p2p», where only active market players are gathered? Have you discovered anything useful there?
— Absolutely. We’ve found a few partners there that we now work with daily. So far, we’ve never encountered any issues in our exchanges with counterparties we met through your platform.
— Thank you for the insightful interview. What would you like to wish our readers and fellow market players?
— Thanks to you as well for the interview! First and foremost — peace and a swift victory. And beyond that — fair play, reliable partners, and, of course, successful exchanges to everyone! Believe in what you do, and your clients will definitely appreciate it.
