Dvizh — speed, service and Ukrainian character — winner in the "Trusted Service" nomination
July 07, 2025
This month, we’d like to introduce you to Dvizh — a Ukrainian crypto exchange that is confidently making its mark on the market thanks to its innovative approach to service and respect for every user.
The service is a great example of how to build a competitive crypto product with a local identity, based on trust, speed, and 24/7 support.
In this interview, Viktor — the founder of Dvizh — shares his journey in the crypto industry, the origin of the idea, naming struggles, collaborations with Ukrainian projects, favorite events, and most importantly — how not to miss your chance in the crypto world.
— Hi! To start off, tell us a bit about yourself. What’s your name, which exchange do you represent, and how long have you been in crypto?
Hello! My name is Viktor, and I represent the Dvizh exchange.
I first came across crypto back in 2013, but it wasn’t until the COVID period in 2020 that I started diving deeper. During the 2021 bull run, I went all in — and this “weird world” has since become an essential part of my life, including work in several crypto projects.
— How would you describe Dvizh to someone hearing about it for the first time? What makes you stand out?
Dvizh is a digital and fiat currency exchange service focused on creating the best possible user experience.
Most exchanges run on similar frameworks and tools. What really sets each one apart is pricing, infrastructure, and the approach to customer care — and that’s exactly where we focus our efforts.
We offer some of the best rates on popular directions. Our infrastructure suits both beginners and experienced crypto users. And our network of cash desks and couriers can fulfill almost any request.
Additionally, our managers assist clients from their very first click on the website — all the way through to the final thank you.
As for reliability, privacy, and security — these are our default features.
— How did you come up with the name?
The name — that’s a whole story :) We initially operated under the name CryptoKasa, without really thinking about uniqueness. But once we started approaching monitoring platforms, we ran into rejections: “we already have a similar name.”
So we realized we needed a unique brand that reflects speed and movement — and had an available .com domain. After testing a few options, we landed on DVIZH — short, dynamic, and totally different from others.
— Pretty unique for an exchange — definitely stands out 🤌🏻 What script do you use?
There was no question — we use a script by the Ukrainian team at BoxExchanger. It’s not just about supporting local products; it’s also genuinely convenient and user-friendly — even for admins. We’ve never once regretted choosing them.
— Supporting Ukrainian products is definitely important! What about your chat support service?
We integrated HelpCrunch — another Ukrainian project. By the way, since the start of the full-scale war, their team has offered discounts to Ukrainian clients — major respect for that.
— What crypto processing solution do you use? Do you run AML checks?
Yes, all transactions on our platform go through AML checks. This gives peace of mind to both us and our clients — all assets are clean and transparent.
As for crypto processing, we use a few solutions, but due to certain restrictions, I can’t share details.
— What’s the biggest mistake you think new exchanges make?
Probably spending too long preparing to get listed on monitoring platforms. We went through that ourselves — we should’ve moved faster.
— Do you attend crypto events?
Yes, we’ve already attended around a dozen large-scale events. We especially enjoy the ones organized by the Incrypted team — we often partner with them.
— When did you first hear about Bitcoin? Did you believe in it then?
I first heard about it in 2011. My first thought was: “that’s a scam, nothing serious.” In 2013, I had a conversation with a friend who wanted to buy some BTC — even through PrivatBank. But I was skeptical back then.
*laughs* I really regret not believing. I often think how great it would be to go back and tell myself what a powerful financial tool it is.
— Do you hold any crypto now?
Yes, a few altcoins that are currently hitting new lows 😅
— Do you think Trump’s statements affect the market?
Definitely. He’s the leader of the country with the world’s largest GDP and stock market. His words and decisions have huge impact — Musk is a perfect example of that.
— What do you think of our portal kursoff.biz? Any suggestions?
Keep developing the project and growing traffic. We’d love to see more requests specifically marked as coming from Kursoff.
— What do you think about the idea of a Kursoff supervisory board?
Great idea — we’re all for it!
— And our monthly nomination?
Nice initiative, I like it.
— Has the private P2P group on Telegram been useful?
We had a few successful requests, but would love to see more activity. There’s great potential — it just needs more development.
— Thanks for the insightful interview! What would you wish to our readers and fellow exchange owners?
To the readers — an alt season that exceeds all expectations! To fellow exchange owners — big orders and clients who know exactly what they want :)
