The Nillion network has received $25 million in a new funding round aimed at supporting its decentralized privacy platform with a unique blockchain component.

This is the second funding round for Nillion this year—the first was held in February.

Key investors

On October 30, the funding round was led by Hack VC, with support from other venture investors, such as Distributed Global and Hashkey.

Influential figures, including Ansem, Arthur Hayes, and Meltem Demirors, along with industry leaders from Worldcoin, Injective, and Sei, also joined the process. Altogether, Nillion has raised over $50 million.

Innovative development

The company claims to have developed the world’s first autonomous blind computer. Its ecosystem, based on Cosmos, includes over 40 developers, featuring specialists from Near, Aptos, Arbitrum, Mantle, IO.net, and Ritual.

The platform also attracts partners from the fields of AI, marketplaces, private DeFi, and healthcare analytics.

Secure data storage

Nillion’s clients seek secure solutions for data storage and computation. Their needs include quantum-resistant secure messaging, encrypted trading platforms, and other innovative services.
