Trading platform eToro has priced its IPO shares at $52, exceeding the initial range of $46–50 and indicating strong investor demand.

IPO Details and Future Outlook

The IPO raised $620 million, giving eToro a valuation of $4.3 billion. When including options and restricted stock units, the fully diluted valuation (FDV) stands at $5 billion. Half of the 11.9 million Class A common shares will be sold by the company, with the other half offered by existing shareholders.

eToro shares will debut on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol ETOR on May 14. The company filed for an IPO in March 2025. This marks eToro’s second attempt to go public — in 2021, it planned to merge with FinTech Acquisition Corp. V in a SPAC deal valued at approximately $10.4 billion. However, the transaction was eventually canceled due to lack of SEC approval.

Like Circle, which delayed its IPO due to U.S. political uncertainty, eToro’s story highlights the challenges crypto-related companies face in accessing public markets. Still, the elevated IPO pricing reflects investor optimism about the platform’s growth potential.
