What ETHSofia meant for us
Our team wasn’t just there as spectators — we took an active role:

Participated in workshops, especially on Web3 security, tokenization, and DeFi

Spoke with Nicolas Bacca, one of the 8 co-founders of Ledger — the legendary company in hardware crypto storage

Met with representatives from Binance and Bitget and had very engaging conversations about the future of global exchanges, staking, and the new AML/KYC requirements coming in 2026

Were glad to meet and chat with the Hacken Proof team — a top Ukrainian Web3-security company that has long operated at the international level
- Discussed partnership opportunities, information exchange on auditing, DAO security, scaling, and explored potential points for collaboration
Insights were plentiful. From technical details on smart contract vulnerabilities to discussions about infrastructure for zk-proofs, L2 solutions, and social recovery — all of this came not from the stage, but through real conversations with the people building it.
