Kursoff Choice 2025: why Bitok777 is chosen
January 07, 2026
A reliable exchange is not only about a favorable rate, but also about the feeling that you won’t be left alone with a problem if something goes wrong. That’s why we increasingly look not only at the numbers, but also at the service’s reputation, the transparency of its rules, and how the team communicates with clients.
Bitok777 is an exchange service that has been on the market for more than 8 years and focuses on a simple process: clear terms, fast payouts, and support that is truly available. The service also received the Kursoff Choice 2025 award, and we decided to ask the team what exactly stands behind this trust.
Below is an interview with Dima, the head of Bitok777: about the approach to work, communication with clients, and how they build a service you want to come back to.
— Hi! Tell us briefly about yourself: what’s your name, what is your role at Bitok777, and how long have you been in crypto?
– Hi! My name is Dima, I’m the head of the Bitok777 service. I have been actively working in crypto for the third year already. I started as an operator, so I know the service well from the inside, both in terms of processes and client requests.
— How would you describe Bitok777 to those who are hearing about you for the first time?
– In short, we are about service and trust. Our key goal is for the client to be satisfied and come back again. We rely on customer focus, service quality, and honest communication.
Bitok777 has been on the market for more than 8 years, and during this time we have built a strong base of regular customers. People come back because they know they will get a fair rate, a fast payout, and clean funds. We consciously choose quality over chasing quantity; in my opinion, that’s how long-term cooperation is built.
— Why Bitok777? Where did the name come from and what does 777 mean?
– It’s quite simple. Bitok is an informal, friendly interpretation of the name of the most popular coin, so that simplicity and openness are immediately felt. And 777 is, you could say, a desire to be recognizable. Maybe also for luck. Let everyone interpret it the way they like.
— Your service won the Kursoff Choice 2025 nomination. In your opinion, what qualities do people value most?
– Most of all, honesty and simplicity. In our field, trust decides everything: people need to be sure they are spoken to directly, without pitfalls, and that the service will keep its agreements.
— What emotions did you and the team have when you learned about the win?
– First of all, gratitude. It’s a signal that we are moving in the right direction: our approach and reputation are truly valued. For the team, it’s additional motivation to keep the bar high and not relax.
— How do you create an exchange service that people return to?
– You need to take care of the client: clearly fulfill your obligations, not play with the regulations, and not disappear when difficult situations arise.
And it’s also important: if a mistake happens, even on the client’s side, don’t brush it off, but help resolve it. People judge actions, not words.
— What important documents or features should every service have so that the user immediately feels calm and trust?
– We work in a field that is often considered anonymous, so a lot depends on time on the market and a reputation built over years. Simply attaching a document with guarantees doesn’t always work here the way it does in banking.
Therefore, for a client a strong marker of trust is presence on popular monitoring platforms, reviews, work history, clear rules, and adequate support.
— What 2–3 things do you do every day to maintain trust in practice, not in words?
– First, we keep the exchange rates on the website up to date. Second, we strictly follow the payout regulations. And third, support: we respond in the chat as fast as possible, usually within a minute after the request.
— What matters more to you technically: processing speed or risk control?
– We don’t frame it as either-or. The exchange rules clearly specify the timeframes within which the client’s request will be paid out, and we adhere to them. At the same time, risks are also under control, so the client receives funds quickly, but without chaos.
— Customer communication in 2026: chat, Telegram, or email?
– We handle basic questions in the chat on the website. Email is rather for occasional cases. But most communication now really happens in Telegram: it’s fast, convenient, and familiar for the crypto sphere.
— Which real-life case best shows your approach to support?
– Our approach is best seen in situations when a client made a mistake in the details or something didn’t go according to plan due to network delays. We don’t disappear and we don’t reply with templates; we guide the case to a solution: we explain what is happening, what steps are available, and we bring it to the finish.
— Let’s talk about screw-ups: tell us, have you had the worst day in the exchanger’s work? What went wrong and how did you resolve it?
– Any service has days when several factors coincide: workload, network delays, unexpected checks, or the human factor. In such moments, the main thing is to act according to the process: quickly record the problem, keep the client informed, and bring it to a solution. We are always for not hiding, but explaining normally what is happening and what the timelines are.
— Have you had a case when openness in communication helped save the situation or relieve tension with the client?
– Yes, and it works almost always. When a situation goes beyond the standard, it’s important for the client to see that we are on their side and really doing everything to help. Open communication is the first step to understanding: you explain, relieve the tension, and solve it together.
— Is there any benefit from our closed Kursoff P2P group on Telegram? Do you find anything useful there?
– Yes, definitely. We are open to cooperation and often can offer favorable rates to colleagues. Thanks to this group, we managed to build many good relationships: you can both help close an order and, conversely, ask for help when you need to pick up volume quickly.
— Finally: what would you wish to Kursoff readers and market colleagues in 2026?
– I wish readers easy exchanges, big deals, and productive cooperation. And to colleagues, development. Competition is the engine of progress: when one grows, others catch up. Let’s grow together.
